TechLeap is an apprenticeship built inside a software development company. For 16 weeks, aspiring developers work with experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and develop the technical and professional skills that employers expect from day one.

Weeks 1 & 2
Onboarding & Foundations
Environment setup, engineering norms, source control, workflow tools.

Week 3
Project Setup & Initialization
Group and personal projects are set up and initialized, with scope, stack and delivery plans defined.

Weeks 4 to 16
Project Work, Life Skills, Mentorship & Employer Readiness
Real project delivery alongside life skill sessions, 1:1 mentorship and preparation for employer readiness.

Post Program
Graduations & Placements
Public graduation ceremony, employer introductions and placement matching.
Portfolio work that reflects the job you'll be hired for.
Apprentices contribute to real client projects and internal products. Every graduate leaves with a portfolio, GitHub history and delivery record that stands up to employer scrutiny.
